This Austin Cultural Trust is now accepting the first round of requests for proposals (RFP). This round is focused on developing a complete picture of the space needs for these sectors, providing technical assistance towards the feasible development of real estate related projects and identifying initial project investments. Investments will be considered for the following project types:

• Existing Operator Venue Acquisition/Stabilization
• Operators Interested in Shared Spaces to be Constructed or Acquired

Eligible projects must be a music or cultural arts venue within the City of Austin generally available for use and enjoyment by the public with consistent utilization and must meet other minimum requirements as provided in the RFP.

Please register here to receive all project updates and be eligible to submit a proposal. Please do this as soon as possible, but we will be receiving registrations up through December 17, 2021

• You will need to create a log-in account with 'Submittable', the online application platform. You will retain this log in and password through the entire process.
• Once signed in, please make sure to check your email and 'confirm' the account
• Your information entered is continually saved in case you take a break before 'submitting'. 
• There should be 1 primary contact who will be able to submit the form, and you can add 'collaborators' to work on the form with you. However, you need to coordinate with your collaborators so that you do not overwrite each other. Unfortunately there is no 'track changes' function.
• You must press 'submit' to have your registration recorded.

All eligible registrants will receive an online application form invitation when available, as well as all project updates.  

Deadline for submissions: December 17 2021 ('Early Decision'), and March 31, 2022 (Final)
